This is straight out of an Ayn Rand novel; I can scarcely believe that it exists, and that it is not some kind of parody or joke! Nothing like promoting racism in the name of equality, and mandatory 1984-style "unconscious bias (re)education" with an eye towards open culture.

In the true spirit of "collectivation" / cowardice / mob rule, the site doesn't appear to name even a single individual who works for or with this group; if any of my readers know who if funding this organization, please let me know. I'm curious to know who the "Ellsworth Toohey" is behind the curtain (George Soros? Elon Musk?).

What brought me to this site is the fact that the CEO of the company for which I work is one of the many total and utter dunces who agreed to this destructive, virtue-signalling "pact". Meanwhile, the company-- which shall as always remain unnamed-- has been rapidly circling the drain for the past several years. It's also a very Randian situation.
