Review
want to preface this review with one simple fact. If I was rating games solely based off of graphics and audio, this game would rank MUCH higher than it is. The music tracks in this game are by far possibly the best or top 3 of what the GBA soundchip is capable of. There are 14 tracks in this game, ALL of which are incredibly great songs that sound like they belong in other games. The songs named "Alice" and "Amazon Queen" tend to stand out more than the others. The game itself is more of a collection of card games played in casinos and by oneself. These range from poker, blackjack, to cribbage, hearts, and solitaire... as well as many more and variations of them as well. Solitaire specifically might actually be unbeatable on this handheld. The game has a super retro menu system as well that looks like it's based on windows 3.1, which is absolutely hilarious. It's not that big or long as a game, and I swear that half the time I spent was reading up on how to actually play half of the games. So many rules and stuff it makes the head spin. I still don't fully understand cribbage, which the AI cheats at. Unless you're big into card games, this one is mostly a hard skip. Aside from the various card games, there's not much else to this game, other than character creation. The character creation somehow gives more options than the sims games. This game is basic, boring, and honestly.. playing cards themselves are an outdated form of entertainment. The only reason anyone should ever play this game is to listen to the music.

All in All, a 3.0 was fitting for this one. Playing cards are hardly a game. Most of the time is spent learning the rules to do 1 button pressing. loading previews is weirdly long. lots of variations of the same base game. just a boring game in general. 100% luck based. cribbage exists.
