A short odd game, Soccer games aren't my forte. This one's gimmick is that it's on the beach and therefor you have to "pass" the ball a lot. Well, that mechanic didn't hold that much water since most of the time I kept kicking it forward. There are a few tournaments in this game and a world tour tournament thingy. Personally speaking, I didn't want to do ALL of the tournaments so I just did the big one. The game itself is the a-typical soccer type game like literally every other soccer game ever in existence. Each side in this game gets 4 players. It's not that hard to tell enemies from allies so that's a good thing. Controlling the game is an entirely different matter. For one, you don't have any control over who you control. The Game will auto-select whoever it likes for you to control sporadically as you play. This can be good sometimes if you're pushing forward, and passing effectively, HOWEVER, it often leads to situations where your whole team is running towards the ball and you get switched to a player that's running from the other side and force him to go in the opposite direction. It can be a bit infuriating in that regard. The overall gameplay is very basic and bland. You aren't going to get anything spectacular out of this one. You can hold down the kick button to perform harder kicks, and when you earn enough points during the game, you'll enter a "grace" period where all your team will have maxed stats for a short period of time. Aside from those 2 things, there's nothing really different about this and every other soccer game. I hate to call it like it is, but there's just not much here. I could mock the game for putting their logo on the title screen instead of the name of the game I guess. The ONE SONG in the game is some black rap thing. It's not the worst I've heard on the GBA. Credits in the options menu.
All in All, This bland sports game earned a 5.0 for it's score for it's, well, bland design. Delayed Controls. Random player switching. Soccer is boring. Soccer is really boring.
